receipt.love processes receipts using AI — extracting and classifying their data, applying rules you define, generating expense reports, reconciling bank statements, and exporting vouchers to accounting systems such as Fortnox.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for the members you invite to your workspace and what they do there. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and no use that infringes others' rights.

The service uses AI to assist with extracting and classifying receipts. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving receipts, classifications and reports before relying on them for bookkeeping, tax or any other purpose. receipt.love is a tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly receipt allowance, and usage beyond it may be charged on a metered basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

If you connect third-party services (e.g. Fortnox, Microsoft 365), your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and are not liable for their availability or actions.

You retain all rights to the receipts, files and data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service, its software, design and content (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI output without review. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, governing law) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
